Změny závazků ze smluv na veřejné zakázky a jejich uveřejňovací povinnosti

Článek se zabývá vymezením přípustných změn závazků ze smluv na veřejné zakázky. Blíže jsou popsány druhy přípustných změn závazků v jejich konkrétních rysech, případně doplněny o konkrétní příklady. Dále budou vyspecifikovány povinnosti související s jejich řádným admi- nistrováním dle požadavků příslušných právních norem a poukázáno na odlišnosti od evrop-ských právních norem. Cílem je poukázání na odlišnosti české právní úpravy od požadavků stanovených právem EU, poukázání na omezující podmínky a reálnost naplnění požadavků na uveřejnění změn závazků v kontextu se skutečnými okamžikem jejich splnění.
