Inovační potenciál a specifika Rakouska a Izraele: Implikace pro Česko

Tento článek charakterizuje a shrnuje hlavní specifika podpory inovací, vědy a výzkumu dvou vybraných zemí - Rakouska a Izraele. Tyto státy byly vybrány, jelikož se dlouhodobě umísťují na předních příčkách v mezinárodních studí a srovnáních konkurenceschopnosti či podnikatelského prostředí, jsou podobné jak velikosti tak např. rozsahem nominálního HDP Česku. Mohou tedy být zajímavou inspirací pro směrování reforem, podpory inovačního systému. Zkoumané ekonomiky byly posouzeny nejprve s využitím sekundárních zdrojů, zejména analytických a hodnotících zpráv EU a mezinárodních institucí, dále zkoumáním inovačních a vzdělávacích politik příslušných vlád a vládních institucí. Posuzování je zakončeno provedením SWOT analýzy.
